shipping & Delivery
Nancy Kots Studio is a Canadian owned and operated fine art business that sells and ships its products exclusively across Canada, with the exception of the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
What payment methods do you accept?:
We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards through STRIPE our payment processor.
Alternatively, we do accept Interac e-transfer payments in Canadian dollars (CAD). To make an Interac e-transfer payment please email us at nancyk@nancykotsstudio.ca or through the website’s Contact Form.
All transactions must be conducted in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Do you ship internationally?:
So Sorry! We do not ship outside of Canada. We offer shipping services throughout Canada, excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
When will my newly purchased painting be shipped?:
Isn’t that how it goes . . . You just bought some artwork you love and now you want it yesterday! Rest easy, your artwork will be packaged with the utmost care and shipped within 10 business days from when your order was processed.
Free Shipping and Packaging:
Yippee! We’re covering the cost of shipping and packaging for you.
Who is Your Shipment Service Provider?:
All shipments are through Canada Post - Regular Parcel and will require a signature upon delivery. Each shipment will be insured for the full price of the painting/s within. Because a signature is required upon delivery, we are unable to ship to addresses using a Post Office Box number.
Tracking your Order:
When your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation email which includes your Canada Post tracking number.
Returns:
All sales are final for both original and commissioned artwork, with the exception of items damaged in transit. Exchanges are not offered.
Painting Damaged in Transit:
If your painting arrives damaged, please do not accept the painting (if that is possible in your area). Let me know immediately via email at nancyk@nancykotsstudio.ca along with photos of the damaged packaging and painting for review.
Cancellations/Declines:
In the unfortunate event we need to cancel or decline your order, we will notify you via the email address you provided. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our sole discretion, for any reason.
If you have already paid for an order that is cancelled or declined, we will process a refund through Stripe to the card you used for the original purchase. If you paid by Interac e-transfer, we will reimburse you via Interac e-transfer to the same email address you used for the original payment.
